21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller immediately. If the Buyer stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, withhold shipment of any additional Item to the Purchaser and might terminate, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all subsisting contracts in between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank bill rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of products and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
